CANCELLATION POLICY

All booking cancellations are subject to cancellation fees.

Cancellations made less than 1 days prior to selected visit date are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made at least 1 days prior to selected visit date are eligible for up to 100% refund of the original
price. The amount you will received is 100% of your final payment price (original price minus the unique code,
coupon and partner fee if any).
Rescheduling is not available for this booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- This ticket applies for children aged 0 ‒ 12 years old.
- Children below 1 year old may enter free of charge, but the guardian must purchase a ticket.
- Guardians must be at least 17 years old.
- For Kidzooona stores with a baby corner, entry to the baby corner will not be charged, but you must present a
document to confirm the child's age (photo of birth certificate). A baby corner is for children aged below 1 year old.
- Kidzooona reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who are unable to present a valid ID.
- Price includes tax.
- The ticket is valid for 1 child and 1 guardian.
- All visitors must wear socks. If you don't bring your own socks, you can buy directly at the cashier of the play area.
- It is prohibited to wear sharp accessories while playing.
- It is prohibited to bring foods and drinks inside the playground (there's a rest area available inside the playground).
