PRODUCTION PLANNING
MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading and managing the Production Planning team in
executing their tasks.
• Responsible for ensuring the assigned tasks performed by the Production
Planning team are done accurately and in a timely manner
• Be the main focal person to communicate and work with the Program
Management team for matters related to overall customer orders
• Lead the analysis of demand changes and production build planning changes
• Establish and present delivery performance charts and reports for management
review
• Manage the team to support FAI and qualification requirements
• Assess skill requirements, propose upskilling training and expand employees’
capabilities
• Engage well with colleagues to generate ideas toward continuous improvement

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree in Engineering or Business Administration
(MBA)
• Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in a managerial post
• Background from aerospace industry is an added advantage
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills with dynamic
teamwork ability at all levels
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Specialized knowledge in manufacturing / production planning and control
disciplines, engineering and supply chain applicable to related-products.
