PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERT

opportunity is available for desirous candidates.
JOB BRIEF
We are looking for dynamic project management experts who can design
action plans to increase productivity, manage project costs, and keep projects
on schedule for completion. Project management experts will effectively
communicate with internal and external stakeholders and ultimately answer to
their supervisors.

Skills Set Required:


The following skills set are required for this opportunity:

• Management – supervise entire teams of workers, so a background in


management is much needed
• Communication skills – the ability to relay information to clients and
project workers is essential.
• Problem-solving skills – must find solutions for every problem that may
arise with the project
• Time management – in addition to people management skills, the expert
must have the ability to manage their own time and multitask efficiently
and effectively
• Budgeting – will need to have good economic sense because the
finances of the project and needs of the budget fall directly upon them
Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop multiple projects across all project phases, including
initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, deployment, training
and change management
• Create, manage and track projects, including project schedules, detailed
project plans, project scope statements, cost estimates, resource plans,
risk & issues logs and Status reports
• Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and project team members;
communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project
deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers as
needed in regards to project deliverable including managing
expectations, creating change demands, presenting and interfacing with
sponsors
• Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization
and resource allocation with input from team members
• Provide on-going project plan/ status reporting for use by account
managers, clients and management.

The opportunity will be on a contract basis.

Upper Age Limit: 35 years

Min Experience: 5 Years, with proven experience of successful


project management and evaluation.
Min Qualification: Graduate degree in Project Management or
related subject from a local or foreign HEC
recognized University. A Master degree as well as
Project Management certifications will be an
added advantage.
