Position: Finance Dept - Project Manager

Role summary: The candidate will be in charge as Project Manager and would largely focus
being functional consultant for ERP implementation.

Job Description:
● Managing Finance projects, including but not limited to: process, risk & control
assessment and improvement, automation, product enhancement, and others as
required. Activity levers:
○ Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan effectively
around delivery constraints and optimise the plan to maximise benefits and
minimise risk
○ Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about
strategy, adjustments, and progress
○ Manage vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected
deliverables
○ Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire
project execution
○ Collaborate with Finance/Technical/Support Team in delivering solutions/services
○ Ensure the baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule and budget are
delivered by the project. Identifies and intervenes where there is slippage and
variance from plan.
○ Proactively monitor project execution to effectively identify
risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle. Takes
ownership of critical issues and ensures resolution within agreed timescales and
implements mitigating plans against identified risks and issues. Escalates when
needed.
○ Collaborate and build positive stakeholder and business partner relationships
providing regular updates to resolve high priority issues affecting the project
○ Obtains buy-in from the project sponsor, Steering Committee and other business
partner stakeholders for all key project plans, commitments, and changes
including requirements, quality assurance plans, budget, schedule, and scope
change
○ Analyse management reports, and derives insights from it to drive the right
business decisions
○ Set the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensure
pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success
○ Promote pace, practicality, and synergy between project working group and lead
by example.
● Managing Financial Master Data and perform basic configuration within ERP system
● Functional consultant counterpart for ERP implementation
● Oversee ERP architectural design, access control, and process control. Ensure the
design fit to OVO organizations
● Manage other ad-hoc projects, including but not limited to: process, risk & control
assessment and improvement, automation, and others as required

Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a bachelor Degree, Financials/Accountancy/Industrial
Engineering or equivalent, preferable with major : Accounting/Computerized
Accounting/Informatics
2. Good communication and analytical skills. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
3. Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation as functional consultant. Preferably
advanced in Oracle EBS modules ( General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Asset,
Cash Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management).
4. 3 years + experience managing medium to large implementations projects with agile
methodology. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
5. Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
6. Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
