Senior Project Manager

by us that have real business impact. We do this by leveraging our globally-distributed team and
by partnering with our customers from the US and the UK.

We're looking for a full-time Senior Project Manager. They would handle two or three of our
projects (depending on size). They will be in charge of the success of the project delivery and the
day-to-day management of team members' activity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track
record of successfully leading and delivering complex software projects, demonstrating a strong
understanding of project management methodologies and the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and

budgets
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on
project progress, address stakeholder expectations and concerns.
• Formalize the agreement with the client in a statement of work (SoW)
• Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial
objectives are met.
• Ensure that the delivery is in line with the formal agreement, invoke the change
control process when needed
• Document meetings with the client and make them transparent to everyone
• Work with the internal service delivery team to identify blockers and remove them
• Continuously groom the roadmap to account for new learnings
• Partner with the Technical Lead to ensure the work that needs to be done is clear for
all team members
• Ensure the team adheres to Vitamin company-wide best practices and SDLC
methodology
• Routinely communicate with the client to update them on the status and progress
• Provide timesheets/billing information to our finance team for invoicing purposes

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (CEFR C1 level)

• Proven experience (5+ years) in predictive, agile and hybrid project management,
specifically in software development.
• PMP or Agile certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).
• Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams on
multiple projects simultaneously
