Overview: Associate Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful planning,
execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. You will work closely with
project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within
budget, and meet quality standards. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and
problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning:
 Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and
deliverables.
 Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
 Identify and allocate resources required for project execution.
 Assist in risk assessment and mitigation planning.
2. Project Coordination:
 Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members.
 Schedule and conduct regular project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are
informed of project progress.
 Track project milestones and deliverables, and report progress to project managers.
 Monitor project budget and expenses and address any discrepancies.
 Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
 Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes,
and status reports.
 Generate regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
 Document project issues, risks, and resolutions.
 Ensure all project documentation is organized and accessible for future reference.
4. Quality Assurance:
 Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality
standards and specifications.
 Perform quality checks and inspections throughout the project lifecycle.
 Address any quality issues or concerns in a timely manner.
5. Stakeholder Management:
 Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
 Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
 Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project timelines, scope, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field.


 Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
 Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
 Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
 Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
