Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll have a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating our
various projects. Your main responsibility will be to make sure projects are carried out
successfully, meeting all the requirements, deadlines, and client needs.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless delivery and
client satisfaction
 Keep an eye on project details, timelines, and meeting our agreed commitments by
planning well, keeping track of progress, handling changes, and dealing with
potential risks
 Collaborate with team members to distribute workloads effectively and ensure the
utilization of appropriate talent
 Continuously monitor and evaluate current processes, providing insights and
proposing improvements where necessary
 Facilitate effective communication between the India team, the US team, and
clients to prioritize tasks and ensure project assignments are clear and well-
communicated
 Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, keeping clients and the team informed
of progress and promptly addressing any issues that arise
 Engage and allocate the necessary resources throughout the project life cycle to
ensure successful project outcomes
 Establish and maintain open lines of communication with team members, senior
management, US team, and clients through routine status reports and meetings
 Coordinate with the internal development team and manage internal project
documentation effectively
 Develop and create internal project documentation, including scope of work,
proposals, and basic flowcharts
 Adapt to and manage changes to achieve project goals effectively
 Regularly evaluate project health and take necessary actions to ensure project
success

Desired Skills:

 Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role,

preferably within the web design and development industry
 Experience in managing projects for technology such as WordPress, Shopify and
Laravel are essential
 Proven experience in creating detailed reports and delivering effective presentations
to clients at various levels
 Maintain an active role in client interaction, facilitating team and client meetings, and
ensuring clear communication of project-related information to leadership
 Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and
interact with various clients simultaneously
 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective
project coordination
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical
and innovative solutions
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high
level of professionalism and attention to detail
 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
