Recruited by a leading community-based healthcare provider to provide reliable Project Management/Project
Coordination expertise. As part of the varying initiatives managed/coordinated, partnerships with case managers,
project managers and vendors were essential towards successful project delivery. Projects consist of the following
elements:
 Vendor Management - Led activities to ensure 3rd party offshore vendors remained true, honest, and
accountable. Reviewed project plans, timelines, estimates, and financials for accuracy to reduce unethical
