Deputy Manager - Management Trainee – Business Intelligence & Project Management | Chairman’s Office

Job Summary: Africare Business Management and Ventures is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated
individual to join our team as a Deputy Manager in the Chairman's Office. This role offers an exceptional
opportunity for early-career professionals to gain invaluable experience and exposure by working closely
with the Chairman and top-level executives. As the Deputy Manager in the Chairman's Office, you will
play a pivotal role in supporting the Chairman's initiatives, handling significant tenders, and contributing
to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for teams.
• Participate in the company’s strategic planning
• Own the market research conducted by the team, give direction to the research, form
hypotheses, derive conclusions, and implement solutions. Prepare reports, presentations and
findings from the market research.
• Keep track of and assist the management in the business development initiatives of the Group
Companies.
• Attend board meetings and keep track of the business deliverables on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement for different business
verticals.
• Working on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
• Executive Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between the Chairman's Office and C-level
executives within the company, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
• Drive Projects of the Chairman's Office by ensuring the deadlines are met and the quality is
intact
• Meet various internal and external stakeholders as part of the projects, build relationships and
do the needful to fulfill the requirements of the projects, Create structures, timelines, planners,
and budgets for new projects across different sectors.
• Be an integral part of the Corporate Affairs Team and lead the new projects division.
• Manage and oversee due diligence for projects and proposals, in coordination with internal
stakeholders and external clients.
• Legal, compliance and documentation - Keep track and do the necessary filings to ensure the
compliance and documentation for all the group companies. These includes preparation of
compliance tracker and managing it with the relevant stakeholders.
• Successful onboarding of new projects through feasibility study, market research, legal
compliance etc. Filing and submission of shortlisted and feasible tenders, Proposals.
• Tender Management: Collaborate with various departments to prepare and submit large-scale
tenders. Ensure all tender documents are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.
• Reporting, Filling & Submission of Group company Tenders across Healthcare, Pharma, Energy
and Real Estate sectors (Coordination and oversight)
• Provide administrative support to the managers in the execution of the company goals.
• Any other task assigned from management time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:

✓ Has the ability to break down a problem into smaller chunks and the ability to balance between
the big picture and tactical activities

✓ Master's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

✓ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

✓ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

✓ Ability to work independently and in a team.

✓ Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
