If the venue is closed on your selected visit date, you may visit at any other opening date until 20 April 2023.
Show or scan the Traveloka voucher on your phone at the ticket office to be exchanged with a wristband.
Please adjust the brightness of your mobile phone screen before scanning the QR code on your voucher.
Only your Traveloka voucher is valid. Your payment receipt or proof of payment may not be used to enter.

In front of a staff member, open the Traveloka app and go to the My Booking page.
Tap "See Voucher and How to Redeem".
Select the voucher(s) that you would like to redeem, then swipe the button at the bottom of the page.

Operational days and hours may change without prior notice. Customers are advised to contact the partner

This voucher is valid every Monday - Friday (except on 23 January 2023), excluding public holidays and the
high season period, until 20 April 2023.
Children aged below 12 years old must have been vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least the 1st dose) and
accompanied by a fully vaccinated guardian (adult).
COVID-19 Protocol: Visitors are required to wear masks or face shields, have normal body temperature (< 37,5
°C), use hand sanitizer or disinfectant, avoid crowding, keep a minimum distance of 1 meter from other visitors.
Visitors who do not meet the above requirements are prohibited from entering and are advised to visit on
another day.
Visitors may re-enter on the same day by showing their wristband.
This ticket applies to children aged 1 ‒ 12 years old.
Children below 1-year-old may enter free of charge, but the guardian must purchase a ticket.
Guardians must be at least 17 years old.
For kidzooona stores with a baby corner, entry to the baby corner will not be charged, but you must present a
document to confirm the child's age (photo of birth certificate). A baby corner is for children aged below 1-year-
old.
kidzooona reserves the right to deny entry to visitors who are unable to present a valid ID.
Price includes tax.
The ticket is valid for 1 child and 1 guardian.
All visitors must wear socks. If you don't bring your own socks, you can buy directly at the cashier of the play
area.
It is prohibited to wear sharp accessories while playing.
It is prohibited to bring foods and drinks inside the playground (there's a rest area inside the playground).
