Information:
The gate seal priority is based on chance of gate appearing and secondly on chance of clue token to appear
in the specific location. If you can seal a location where it's likely for a new gate to appear it decreases the
amount of monster surges you'll get. If you don't have enougth clue tokens and have to close a gate to get a
gate trophy try to close a gate with a small chance of getting a new one but with a large chance of getting
new clue tokens.
