construction& development bye-laws/regulations.
2. These bye-laws/regulations shall be affective in all
regulated areas ,development areas, special development areas
2. Applicability of bye-laws/regulations:
1.These bye-laws/regulations shall be applicable for whole
part of affected building &remaining part after demolition of entire building or in case of construction, reconstruction or alteration of any plot and building.
2. Under special circumstances like any scheme /projects
announced by state/central gov. & for ashrams, dharamshalas etc. For those in case of non availability of min. Required area, plots max. 25% relaxation permissible. 3.
