HMM Key Achievements:-

1. Mumbai Monorail- HMM has manufactured and launched the longest span of Monorail in
India having a length of 60.5 mtrs.
2. Navi Mumbai Metro- HMM is manufacturing the longest span ever made for any Metro
Bridge in India having a length of 100 mtrs and weighing more than 1250MT.
3. ROB on Agra Lucknow Expressway- HMM has manufactured the first Open Web Girder
Bridge in Skew. It was having a skew of 46 degree with a length of 84.7 mtr and width of 24
mtr. Each span weighed 1600MT.
4. River Bridge in Himachal Pradesh- HMM has manufactured Composite Girder bridge of
64mtr span (8 Nos). The web height of the Composite Girder was 3750mm one of the
biggest beam ever manufactured in India.
5. Open Web Girder Railway bridge for DFCCIL- Having up and down tracks in single Bridge
Span with a loading of 32MT Axle Load. This type of bridge has been fabricated for the first
time in India. Width of the bridge is more than 15 mtrs.
6. Longest Railway Composite Girder Bridge- HMM is manufacturing longest span 44.57 mtr
Composite Girder Railway Bridge for DFCCIL having 32 Ton Axle load. The width of bottom
flange is 1750mm and weight of single line is more than 100MT.
7. Launching of River Bridge in curve- HMM has successfully launched 180mtr long (24 mtr
each span) river bridge in curvature in the state of Punjab. Special pullies, rollers and jacks
were used for pushing of this bridge.
8. 60 Mtr Composite Girder ROB in UP- HMM has successfully manufactured 60mtr span
Composite Girder ROB in the state of Uttar Pradesh having a skew of 71 degrees. Each span
weighed 700MT.
9. ROB in MP- HMM has Launched 5 No Girders of 36mtr span in record time of 30 minutes
during railway power block.
