The objective of the internship is to benefit both the students working as interns as well as the

company for which the students are working as interns as well as the company for which the
students get to learn the basics of their education and then turning into realities whereas the
companies could ass value to their services through the creativity and the innovative skills
possessed by the new generation. The internship periods, also helps a student to evaluate
himself, whether, he would be able to adjust in the corporate nature or not.

The organizational study at MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD, has given me the
opportunity to gain valuable industry related experience that would allow me to expand my
career options. The skills and knowledge. I gained at NITTE MEENAKSHI INSTITUTE OF
TECHNOLOGY, BANGALORE in a more practical approach at MAHINDRA &
MAHINDRA Ltd. The guidance, support, feedback and useful suggestions provided by my
project guide helped me to successfully complete this organization study.

The organization Study definitely broadened my mind. What stood out during the
