are permitted to appear for the Examination by the Chief Superintendent of concerned Exam Centre only after
producing the copy of the Bank challan as the evidence for the payment of exam fees and copy of the
examination application form which they sent to the Additional Controller of examinations. Such candidates
should send a requisition letter to appear for examination along with a copy of the counter foil of the Bank
challan for having paid exam fee within the due date and a copy of the examination application form which they sent
to the Additional Controller of examinations office forwarded by the Chief Superintendent of the examination
