DISABLING THE PROTECTED VIEW(IF EXCEL OPENS IN PROTECTED VIEW)

1 Click the File menu button, and then click Options
2 Click Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings, and then click Protected View(If present)
3 Uncheck "Enable Protected View for files originating from the Internet."
4 Uncheck "Enable Protected View for files located in potentially unsafe locations."
5 Restart your Excel Utility
