Groundwater Resources
Introduction: Pakistan is a water stressed country. Its aquifers have
been depleted drastically due to mass migration from rural areas to
urban centres. Therefore, a thorough study should be conducted in
order to resolve this issue.
Research Question: To resolve groundwater issue, new and existing
geology and hydrogeology data will be collected and analysed.
Ground data management study and assessments of hydrogeology
conditions will also be held. Moreover, future and current water
availability use will be identified.
