I will be speaking with Human Resources to establish Cobra health insurance coverage.

It is with great regret that I make this decision. In the past two years that I have worked
with Mabey Bridge & Shore, I have experienced great personal and professional growth.
However, without a physical presence in Southern Virginia, Mabey Bridge & Shore will
be unable to compete in this market. Therefore, the recent decision to move me back into
the position of Sales Representative would cause my family great hardship
