“Level of Compassion in Practice and Gilbert’s Characteristics of Staff Nurses in a
Mental Health Facility”. We would like to ask permission to pursue the study this 1st
Semester SY 2016 – 2017. Our respondents are the Psychiatric Nurses from the selected
Mental Health Facility.

In line with this, we would like to ask permission for the following:
 To allow us to do a Pilot Testing of our self-made questionnaire with the
4th year nursing students as our respondents for its validity.
 To allow us to conduct our study to the Level 4 students for our data
gathering.
