Poison Gas:
It is a vapor used to kill or
disable an enemy during
warfare that the Germans
introduced. It revolutionized
warfare at the time by fearing
those in trench warfare, but
actually killed others as well.
Zeppelins:
They were used for strategic
bombing for particular areas
and for surveillance by the
Germans. They did more
damage by scaring people than
actually killing people.
U-Boats: Automatic Machine Guns:
They were under the sea
boats that carried men and
torpedoes used by the
Germans. The Germans
used them to sink the
United Sates ships. This
created more ideas for
other countries.
Convoys:
It was a system created by
the British where ships travel
together, accompanied by
soldiers as protection. They
used this to detect underwater
movement like submarines.
It was designed with water
cooled and belt fed, which
allowed for a theoretical rate of
fire of up to 600 rounds per
minute. It was first used in
Britain and then the Germans
changed the design. It fired
bullets rapidly and faster than
any other gun.
Airplanes:
They were first used in
England going to France for
navigation and travel. As time
progressed, they were used for
feeding information for artillery
strikes and for parachuting out
of them.
