AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I,AL-SHAHYD RAZZAG M. DAIZ , Filipino, of legal

age, single and with residential address at San Roque,
Zamboanga City, under oath in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state as follows:

PRELIMINARY STATEMENT

The person examining me is ATTY. AQUINO SAJILI.

Examination is done in SAJILI LAJA SIBULAN & Associates
LAW FIRM, with business address at CTC Bldg 3/F,Mayor
Jaldon st.,Canelar,Zamboanga City. I am answering his
questions in English language, fully conscious that I
do so under oath and may face criminal liability for
false testimony and/or perjury.

 A: Ako ini hi Al-Shahyd Razzag M. Dais, sangput

(We were riding a motor cycle heading
somewhere Nunez street when he felt hungry he
invited me to eat for food and we when to a

(We left KFC after we have taken our dinner, as
we were running down the road with our

(What did you do then when you see a lot of
people in that place).

A: Ha sabab yadtu nanaug kami dain ha motor cycles

namu kimita kami sin pag drag racing.
(we alighted from our motorcycles and watch the
Drag racing of a motor cycles in
the street).

A: Kimita kami sin pag “Drag Racing”.

(Upon arrival, have you saw the presence of
policemen).

A: Way aku nakita pulis ha waktu sin karatung namu

dimatung sadja in pulis siguru 20 o 30 minutu
limabay.
(No I have not seen the presence of policemen
during the conduct of drag racing but only came
on I think 20 or 30 minutes passed upon our
arrival).

(Upon seeing the coming of policemen what did

A: Nag-us-us aku simakat pa taas motor ko ampa ku

piyaragan minig daing ha lugal yattu hasupaya

(I rush quickly to my motorcycle and left the
place so that I will not caught by the
police).

Q: Hangkan kaw nag-us-us minig bat mabuga kaw

(That’s why you hurriedly left the place
because you are fear that you will be
possibly arrested by the police).

(That during the police pursued, are you with
Matingkong?
A: Huun Sir nag-aagad kami iban hi matingkong ha
waktu pag apas kamu sin pulis nakauna lang
siya kaku pasal bigla niya na piya biskay in
motor niya daing kaku.
(Yes Sir we were with Matingkong during the
police pursued but he was able to run his
motorcycle quickly as possible than me).

collision of matingkong’s vehicle a minute
passed ambulance came).
