KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Sale made and executed by and between:

WITNESSETH:

1. That the SELLER is one of the heirs of the sadsa as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land constisting of (100 sq. meters SUKAT NG BINILING

LUPA)situated at Brgy. Amancosiling Norte, Bayambang, Pangasinan. Bounded
on the North by Brgy. adsadasd) in the name of JOSE S. BAUTISTA SR.”

2. asdasd TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely and unconditionally unto the BUYERS,
their heirs and assigns my undivided share of (SUKAT NG LUPA NA BIBILIN ONE
HUNDRED TEN square meters (110 sq. m.)) only free from all kinds of liens and
encumbrances whatsoever;

3. That all the requirements provided for under Act 1623 of the Civil Code regarding
notices to the owners of the adjoining lots had been complied with and none expressed interest to
buy the same;

4. That by virtue hereof, the SELLER does by these presents hereby WAIVE and
RELINQUISH any and all rights that she has over the parcel of land herein sold in favor of the
BUYERS and shall defend her rights against all kinds of claims of whomsoever.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties herein have hereunto set their hands this ___ day
