Purpose of this presentation
This presentation introduces you to:

 reporting of findings

 use of graphs and tables in a report

 presenting findings/report to staff via

PowerPoint delivery.
Report on review
 Data presentation may take the form of handing
out a report on your findings, or giving staff hard
copies of the generated report.

 It may also require the analyst to prepare a

PowerPoint presentation using a digital projector
to ‘walk’ the staff through the detailed data,
highlighting relevant figures and salient points.
