across the UK, his body was found 24
miles outside of Driffield, after huge
numbers of police surrounded a camper-
van in the remote setting.
Tributes have already poured in for Mr
Gilmer, 30, who worked as a housing
officer for East Riding Council.
He has been described by grieving
friends on social media as a “kind, funny
and caring” dad with many expressing
