Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

For me, security is the most important, because it is synonymous with trust and
people always believe in themselves, since a safe person can achieve
everything that is proposed. The challenge is my motivation and what allows me
to overcome all the obstacles that stand in my way.

The competence inspired me to be more consistent, since my goal is to be the

best in everything I do. Independence has been very important in my academic
and work training, because it shows me that I do not need help so that any
person can achieve my goals. Interest has been a fundamental source in my life
because it excites me in the things I do.

Relationships with my family and friends are very important because they are
what drives me to never give up what I do, you can say that they are the engine
of my life. The variety is also a good incentive in my life to avoid falling into
monotony.

Recognition is the greatest reward you can get after working hard to be a better
person every day. The money in my life is also fundamental, I like to travel, go to
the movies, among many other things and for this I need money, I could say that
I liked that money in my whims, and last but not least, I was encouraged by the
lifestyle to see the results of what I do constantly.
