Dear KinderCare Representative,

I would like to be considered for the assistant teacher position at KinderCare. I find it very
important to start teaching kids at a young age. With the thought of attending Eastern Michigan
University and majoring in education, I cannot help but think this would be a good fit for me.

I have completed a lengthy and involved child care class which taught me all about how to take
care of children ages 2 to 10. Family members and neighbors have also asked me to babysit quite
frequently. With this in mind, I know each age group behaves differently, and I believe I have
the skills required to teach kids of all ages. Through my different experiences with babysitting, I
have found my love for being around kids.

One of your objectives is to encourage children to learn and grow. This should be a goal that
every teacher should aspire to reach. I know I have the ability to motivate the students to learn
and, I can manage my time wisely so that the task required of me each day are always completed.
My main goal is for these kids to grow into independent, smart individuals.

My fellow peers would say that I am outgoing, organized, and that I work well with others. I
have energy, creativity, and excitement to offer these kids.

I would love is to obtain an assistant teaching position at KinderCare. I look forward to
