through a combination of formal learning ang long-term on-the-job training

-programmed learning is a step by step self learning method that consists or three parts that is

presenting questions,facts or problems to the leaner then allowing the person to respond then

providing feedback on the accuracy of answers by audiovisual method like CDs and computer

based training.

-manerial on-the-job training methods include :

-job rotation is a moving managers from deparment to broaden their understanding of the

business and to test their abilities.
