Dear Whom It May Concern,

I have been privileged to have Jennifer Bermudez in my Health Sciences courses for
the past 2 years. She is a pleasure to have in my classroom, she is a punctual and
excellent student.

Jennifer is well organized, this can be noted when she writes in her planner or. She
always has her needed materials for the day. Her organization skills keep her updated
when she is absent for appointments such as: when she has to go to portland city
center for any medical problems because of her cleft lip and Palate or has an
orthodontist appointment, she makes sure to let her teachers know about her absences
prior to date so she doesn't get behind on her classwork. She represents herself as a
responsible individual.

She is hardworking and patient: she gives the best effort and strives to do the best she
can be. Besides school Jennifer is involved with Adelante Mujeres Program, IDA
program, and works part time at a restaurant, she was also a part of My Future My
Choice, and is an AVID peer tutor. She’s involved with the community through her
volunteer work with mentoring and tutoring at Evergreen Middle School and Jackson
Elementary School.

In conclusion all desirable qualities of a person are seen in Jennifer Bermudez. Her
hardworking and selfless personality are sure to give the best impression. If for any
reason you may need to contact me for questions or concerns you may email me at:
