Dear Firestone Complete Auto Care:

On January 2, 2018, I brought my Honda Acord 2007 to had the alignments at Firestone Auto Care at
4305 Park Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28209.

Unfortunately, your service has not performed well because since I got the alignments changed, my car
did not work really well. I am disappointed because when I drive, I can feel the tires shake which make
me feel unsafety. Especially when I make a turn, I can feel the shake from the tires very obvious, which
make my car shake as well. I am not happy with this because I have never seen this happened to my car
before, just until after I got the alignments done.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your company to check the alignments again, and do a better
job, other I want my money back.

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until Thursday 15, 2018 before
seeking help from a consumer protection agency or Better Business Bureau. Please contact me at the
