Dear: AJ Bittle,

The Umbrella Corporation is an organization with a private nonprofit agency that has taken the
lead in providing temporary protection for others that have not been infected with the disease in
Trenton, VA. I am writing to see if you would consider a proposal to expand the security in order
to protect the rest of mankind.

Our organization currently has four buildings open with 600 people whom are not infected with
the outbreak. Our chance at survival continues to decrease every day due to the lack of food.
We believe with your company on our side, we’ll accomplish great things. Our goal is to allow
the next generation to have a better future.

In order to make things better for future generations, we need the assistance of your company
to reduce the amount of our experimental mistakes. In return, we will offer you with a salary of
$20,000 and full immunity to the virus. We chose to offer you this partnership because we
believe that working together we can accomplish a solution to our problems.

We estimate the cost of this project the first year at $30,000, of which will come from the work of
both companies. We would like for you to consider different ranges that could arise from
working with our company in future years by giving the first year a try. Feel free to send us your
proposal on future projects.
