In this week i want to talk about the main notice what was. I know
before that rewards and punishment are good way lead to good
management classroom and make control on behavior of students. I
noticed the teacher used this strategy .he put sad face on white board and
if the students make a noise, shouting or dint follow his instruction ,he
puts his/her name under sad face . in the first time, he write his/her name
with number 1 .if he repeat it two times put number 2 and he will
prevents him/her to go during snack time for 10 minutes and if he/she
repeat bad behavior three times .he will kicked out class. But no one
reach to two times. Even if teacher put name someone, other students
avoid making a bad behavior. Also, They show that they a quietly and
seat probably.
On the other hand, rewards are best way to encourage students to
increase their good behavior and engaging during lesson. The teacher put
names of students on different groups such as white horse, red fox and
green flacons. He puts points to them and every Thursday collects the
points to give them as a mark. build a relationship with students. I did
some of work in this day. I registered the attendance of students. I helped
students after the teacher read to them "The Iron Man Story" to fill in
blanks of story. Also, I was taking students to the canteen. Furthermore, I
did observation to MST while teaching math lesson. The lesson was
about identifying 3D shape. I saw how teacher mange the time of class,
how organize the steps of lesson .how was transfer students from task to
task. In the end day; I prepared with MST the lesson which I will explain
it on Sunday. He gave me some advice to how to go the lesson. I'm so
excited to Sunday.
