1 This percentage can be specified as following:

TDA = DV (AD)

DV = TTC / CD

Where:

TTC – Total Training Cost: Total training fees including accommodation cost.
TDA – Total Deduction Amount: Total amount of money that is to be paid by the Sponsee.
DV – Deduction Value.
CD – Commitment Days: Number of days’ Sponsee has made commitment to work for Sponsor after the completion
of his/her training.
PD – Present Days: Number of days’ Sponsee was present and has worked for Sponsor after his/her training
completion.
AD – Absent Days: Number of days’ Sponsee was absent considering the number of Commitment Days.
