 Offer & Terms (20.3.2010) - ERECTION WORKS for M/s.AREVA T & D India
Ltd at Vizag Steel Plant.

1 Price Basis:
Installation and assisstance during testing , commissioning of 18 sets of 220kV,

SF6 Circuit Breakers with accessories - as quoted in the Price Format.
1.2 Service Tax extra at 10.3% on the above quoted Basic prices.
1.3 WC Tax extra at 4% on the above quoted Basic prices.
1.4 Validity: This offer is valid for a period of 45 days only.

2 Payment Terms:
2.1 80% against monthly running bills based on work done at site.
2.2 20% on completion of work within 30 days.
2.3 Part payments to be made for part shipments/ work done.

Payments to be made within 30 days of our bills by electronic transfer to our

designated Bank.

3 Mobilisation time required is 25 days.

We shall depute sufficient number of manpower to complete the scope of

work given in the enquiry, however the time for completion of the project

depends entirly on the availability of TOTAL POWER SHUT DOWN time and
availability of equipemts for erection at site.

Only minor chipping or grouting if required during erection of the Circuit breakers
5 will be done by us, if any civil work is involved / required, the same shall be
charged extra on mutually agreed rates.

All other materials like - structures, fastners, clamps,conductor, control cables,

6 glands, lugs etc., hardaware and consumables required for erection shall be
provided by M/s. AREVA.

Our rates are based on "Free supply of Electricity " by AREVA / Client at

respective erection site.

Statuatory obligations like- Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESI / Workmen Insurance will

be taken care by us.

Electrical Inspection Charges and Approvals by State or Central Electricity

Authority is excluded in the scope of our offer.

Personal Protective Equipment like Safety shoes, helmets, safety belts will be

provided for our workmen .
