I this page I will explain how I grew and understood assessment and using the variety of

types of the question while I am teaching to kids a new concept according to the theme of the

week. Likes open-end question, closing question after each lesson I teach them, to see how

much the child understand the concept.

Also, about the strategies, I learn some rules my MST follow it in class such as listen to

your friends while they speak. I found it is a more beneficial way for kids to learn because

they learn how to respect each other and learn how to listen to their colleague's unit finish

their speaking they can say anything they want.

Another strategy I learn how the child can follow the classroom rules that start from begging

as morning assembly until the bus time, the kids through this way learn the daily routine of

the classroom and what they will do after each lesson they have done.
