David B. Sentelle on the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit for 2

years and then for Supreme Court justices Byron White and Anthony

Kennedy for 2 years

- Senate Acceptance: it seems as though the Senate may sway either

way as far as if they will accept Gorsuch or not.

- Interest Groups: Neil Gorsuch is clearly not liked by liberal interest

Based on the factors previously stated, I think the Senate should and

will accept Gorsuch to fill the vacant Senate position.
