SOP TITLE PROCEDURE FOR ROOM MAPPING SOP No.: SVE/SOP-022

1.0 OBJECTIVE

To lay down a procedure for Room Temperature and RH Mapping.

2.0 SCOPE

This procedure applies to cover Room Temperature and RH Mapping by Using Digital Data
loggers.

3.0 RESPONSIBILITY

Testing Engineer of S.V.Engineers is responsible for carrying the calibration.

4.0 PROCEDURE

Calibration Procedure:

The Room mapping of temperature and RH calibrate as per user requirement sheet.

First we are Connect the Digital Data Loggers Connect to PC and set the real time,
Sampling Rate at each digital data logger

The Room Mapping of temperature and RH Calibrated with Master Digital Data logger. As
per user requirements keep the Loggers at different Locations in In Room. And close the
door properly.

Affix the calibration status label indicating the cal on, Due on, Inst Sr/ID No and done by.

Note: Ensure the door of Room doesn’t open/Closed. Don’t open in between of calibration
to avoid temperature variations. Enter the details into the instrument user log book.
