Today my MCT she come to observe me at the first time, I thought a literacy lesson about

letter. pefore I start I prepare the resourses, and chik if every thing is is prepare and ready, I

start my lesson by a song, after that I play with them by using flash cards to do revision about

the letters, and I did one activity in circle area for the whole class, and two activities for small

groups.

during I'm teaching my MCT she gives quick feedback to my MST, what make me

comfortable is my MST she sit in the class when I teaching. after that my MCT she went to

observe my collegous, when we finish all she sit with us and give us the feedback, so now we

know what should we do in the future.
