Still Elementary’s 5th Grade Ceremony

Parents, we will be arriving for the 5th grade ceremony

at the same time Hillgrove students and staff will be
arriving, so please be patient and mindful of this in
planning the time you will need, as we are guests at
Hillgrove for our event. You must enter the campus from
the Luther Ward Road entrance. Our designated parking
will be the lot by the baseball fields, which is on the
right as you enter the campus. There is limited
handicapped parking directly in front of the school.
The 5th Grade Ceremony will be in the Auditorium at
Hillgrove High School. As you head toward the main
entrance, the auditorium will be on your right. The
Auditorium entrance is the only point of entry for our
event.
The students will be traveling from Still Elementary on
CCSD buses, so make sure your child is at school on
time because they will be departing right after
homeroom. The ceremony will start at 8:30am.
There will be a reception immediately following the
ceremony, in the lobby of the auditorium.
Voluntary Dismissal: If the conclusion of the awards
ceremony is at 11:10am, we will make dismissal
available from Hillgrove. If not, students will be
transported back to Still and dismissal will begin at
11:10am. (Please see your child’s teacher if your child
will be attending their sibling’s 8th grade ceremony
immediately following our 5th grade ceremony.)
