The diagram created by the researcher is based on the effects of training on the five

fitness components but is limited to its effect on Body Composition. This diagram can be reliable

as means of identifying the process on how this study will conduct its method on comparing the

CrossFit and Circuit Training programs.

Selection of participants comes first followed by assignment of which training method

each participant will use. The two methods which are CrossFit and Circuit Training types will

then be executed and results of each participant’s body composition changes will be compared

and studied.
