This research will work on the body composition changes using training, a study of how

training alters body composition depending on what physical activity one does. Body composition

changes will be determined based on the two different programs; CrossFit and Circuit Training.

The five fitness components are cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, body composition,

muscle endurance and flexibility. These fitness components are influenced and altered by training.

This study will only discuss one of the five fitness components which is Body Composition.
