The researcher chose two participants with almost the same height and built. The CrossFit

participant stands 171cm tall and have a weight of 72.4 kilograms while the Circuit Training

participant stands 167cm and weighs 72kg. The two participants are both living a sedentary

lifestyle based on the GPAQ questionnaire and have not engaged in any kind of sport or physical

activity two months before being trained to each of their specific program.

Their body fat and muscle percentage are both close to each other. CrossFit participant has

a body fat of 23.1% and muscle mass of 32.4% on the other hand the Circuit Training participant

has a body fat of 25% and muscle mass of 31.5%.

Both have vices including smoking and drinking that can dramatically affect their body

compositions. Average sleep of both participants ranges from 5-7 hours a day.
