AX REGENT PARK SCHOLARS SP HAMORAC HER TAGE ACADEMIES CaS | April 20, 2018 RE: Scott Greiner To whom it may concern, This letter of recommendation is regarding Scott Greiner's desire to extend his educational experience by becoming an Assistant Principal/Instructional leader. It is my professional belief, that Scott's classroom experience, coupled with his outstanding organization, interpersonal and leadership skills, make him the perfect candidate. Mr. Greiner has dedicated himself to be a Teacher Leader and Mentor at Regent Park Scholars Academy for the past 3 years. He is inspirational for his team, and his students, Scott taught 5" grade at the school for 4 years, before moving to 7" and 8 grade Middle school teacher. He successfully managed the Targeted Summer Program at our school for the past 2 years. His high energy, organizational skills, teamwork and data analysis for instructional adjustments contribute to his high student scores and respect from his teammates, He also took on additional leadership opportunities such as Moral Focus Curriculum writer, and models the instruction, in his classroom daily. He intentionally refers to the moral focus virtues so that his students can connect the values into their daily lives. Scott has a high work ethic and is extremely positive with students and parents. We can depend on him for supporting afterschool events and activities, and he always completes assignments and tasks well before they are due. He works well independently, and within the grade level and school team. He has strong writing skills and manages the Athletic Department and Staff Engagement Committee with ease. Although it will be a great loss for our school community, when Scott leaves, | am pleased to recommend him for this awesome leadership opportunity. He will be an asset to any organization that he joins.
