Organizational Plan

A. Form of Ownership

The form of the organization adapts the sole proprietorship

type of business organization. The following figure show the

organizational chart of the business.

Cashier/Crew Panna Cotta Maker

B. Roles and responsibilities of members of organization

Owner/ Manager. He/she will be responsible for overseeing and

supervising a business activities and employees. Businesses rely

on the business manager to keep workers aligned with the goals

of the company.

Cashier/ Crew. He/she will be responsible for receiving

payments, issuing of receipt, taking orders, and assisting the

customers.
Panna Cotta Maker. He/she will be responsible for making the

Panna Cotta in a Jar.

Job Qualification

Cashier/ Crew. The cashier/ crew must be at least a High School

graduate with working experience and will be paid at Php7,

500.00 per month including SSS, PHIC, HDMF, PHIC benefits, and

13th month pay.

Panna Cotta Maker. The panna cotta maker must be a college

graduate with a course related to culinary or baking. And will

be paid at Php9, 500.00 per month including SSS, PHIC, HDMF

benefits, and 13th month pay.
