DUMPLINGS

Preparation:
Mixing the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
Add salt and sugar, later mix.
Cut the margarine into small pieces, and
incorporate the previous mixture.
Little by little add the milk always stirring to
mix well. And save while the filling is prepared.
For the filling, mix the cabbage with ground
pork, and add the rest pf the ingredients.
Now, prepare the dumplings. We make a dough ball and inside it we place the filling.
When we have the prepared dumplings, we place them in a food steamer for 15 minutes.
After, turn off the heat and serve hot.
