Compost aeration floors are the critical interface between technology

and biology. A high performance ECS aeration floor can, when compared
to a low performing aeration floor, reduce odor and VOC emissions 10-100
times. ECS floors do this by delivering uniform and adequate aeration to keep
temperatures below 65OC (150OF) and providing surplus oxygen early in the
process. Since our first airfloor in 1999, durability, O&M features, and floor
construction have been continuously improved at each of our 50+ facilities.
