persuasion - the ability to cajole, influence and
change minds for the good - is the leadershi p characteristic
singled out by our stellar panel of judges as the most rare and
valuable trait in our society.
Every year, BOSS magazine compiles its True Leaders list
the group of people who have had a strong positive impact
on the world through thick and thin, through tough times
and controversy, regardless of the criticism and naysayers.
The list does not pretend to be exhaustive, it recognises
individuals who've used energy and wit to build something
of value, change minds on a prickly topic, or who have shown
persistence and courage to tackle unwieldy issues.
