NUML Fee Management System (NUML-FMS) is a systematic approach to manage the fee

records of their university student.

This system divide the fee structure into two categories.
i) One Time Charges
ii) Semester based charges
One Time charges module contain Registration fee, Admission fee, Identity Card fee,
Library Security, Hostel Security.
Semester based charges contain Examination fee, Study Material, Tuition fee, AVA
Fund, Library Sub, Development, Magazine Fund, Sports fund, Medical Aid, Cost of
Books, Transport, Hostel Charges, Research/ Supervision, Fine, Lab fee, and
Others.
Our system is a desktop application system that enables efficient storage of
student records to properly manage the fee of the students. The system is designed
for fee management of a NUML university finance department. It makes searching
records easier and faster.

fee has two parts:- 1 time charges

semester based charges

Student BioData With (Add, modify, delete, save button)

Registration (it is about registration of student)
Course (course are under program-id based and semester based Like in bs hons. (list
are bscs, bsse, bsit) is trah ka add krwanay ka field bnwana hai
Fee (yahan pe different trah ki field add ho gi) name or us ki id
Semesters (semester are under programs
Programs (mba, bscs, etc)
Bank (add bank information(means name and id of banks)
Misc. Expenses (ye sb ma challan ki 1 copy mangwa leta hn numl se phr wesa generate
krna hai)
report (is mei tmam reports ajayen gi)
challan (ye fee challan k lye hai) mtlb sb se pehle program select hoga phr us mei
enroll student ayen gy)

is mei 3 trah k user bnanay hain super-admin(HOD)(Overall Access), Accountant(Add

modify and delete entry data but not system field, User(just add and modify data)
single challan mei 4 copy rakhni hai landscape pe(Student, University, Bank,
Treasures) or challan pe logo b aye numl ka

student ka ho wo khud fetch ho k ajaye or just us k agay drop down ho paid or
unpaid ka
ta k report mei jb unpaid or paid student ki list nikalna chahe tou ajaye
