INTRODUCTION OF MARKETING
• Marketing is a buyer –oriented process involving the creation ,communication ,and delivery of value even as it strives to
build and retain lifetime customer loyality.it is obvious that all marketing activity is about the customer ,focused at
acquiring them and retaining them .marketing is a business function and set of processes involved in creating delivery and
communicating value to customers ,followed by managing customer relationship ,resulting in mutual benefit for the
business and its shareholders
According to modern market concept ‘marketing starts with identify consumers needs ,then plan the production
on goods and services accordingly to provide them the maximam satisfaction .marketing aims to achieve many objective
.it provides better quality products to the customer to fulfil their needs.
• However, marketing is successful only when an organization’s mission vision tasks and ability to leverage technology
align with and the business as a whole .although marketing viewed as an indicatore of a firms success ,it is a matter of
perspective .business achieve this by convincing potential customers that their product is the nearest thing that satisfies
their needs and wants and do it consistently ,with the result that the loyal consumer starts buying from them without
looking at the competition this is what all business dream of and achieving this is possible only with a solid marketing
plan in place .with the advent of the interest there are several marketing channels available to business ,besides traditional
marketing .all of them focus on engaging the customer .marketing is recognized as a special management function just
like organizing ,staffing ,financing and producing .but the significance of marketing as a vital function has been
understood not by many .
TAMIL NADU AMMA TWO WHEELER
SCHEME

INTRODUCTION
This Scheme ,termed as two wheeler scheme has been announced by the state government of Tamil
Nadu for women. Under this scheme ,the state government is offering financial assistance to the women of the state in
need of mode of transport for the purpose of moving between their work place and home .the scheme will benefit the
women financially in the purpose of two wheeler scooter ,which will be subsidized by the government Women in the
age of 18-40 age group .This is indeed a great new for the employed women of Tamil Nadu .under Amma Two wheeler
Scheme ,the government will offer subsidy for the purchase of scooter. The subsidy will be around 50%of the overall
cost of the two wheeler vehicle . the state government has also made it clear that this subsidy will be offered to the
beneficiaries by the state government while the rest of the amount will be funded by the beneficiaries .the government
offers a subsidy amount of rs.25,000/-at the time of sanction .the government will also assist the working women with
financial assistance for the purchase of vehicle directly by the banking and non-banking financial institutions.
To raise the standards of living for the women in the Tamilnadu state ,the Tamilnadu government has come up with
the Amma two wheeler scheme for the development of the women in their state .today in this article ,we will share with
you all the details about the Amma two-wheeler scheme which was launched in the year of 2018 and has been providing
two-wheelers to all of the women in the Tamilnadu .in this article ,we will share with you the eligibility criteria,
documents required ,application process and all of the other details related to the scheme.
SCOPE OF STUDY
• The present study will be helpful in understanding the
consumer satisfaction.
• For the purpose of this study ,a questionnaire was designed
based on customer satisfaction towards amma two wheeler.

To study the satisfaction level of the customers towards amma two
wheeler
To known the factors that influences the customer to buy the amma
two wheeler
To find the process involved in buying the amma two wheeler
To study the benefits of the customer towards buying the amma two
wheeler
To study consumer experience such as the usability of the product or
service
LIMITATIONS
The sample size of consumer is limited to 100 respondent.
The study was time bound.
Few of the respondents were not open with their responses.
The information collected may not be sufficient and reliable in terms
of total market condition.
RESEARCH METHONOLOGY
RESEARCH DESIGN;
Research design is considered as a “blue print” for Research
dealing with at least four problem with question to study ,which data
are Relavant what data to collect and how to analyse the results ,the
best design depends on the research question as well as the orientation
of the researcher.
AREA OF STUDY;
The study was conducted in Coimbatore city from
the “Amma Two wheeler” consumers.
SOURCES OF DATA
PRIMARY DATA;
Primary data refers to the first data collection from the primary
source .primary data are always collected from the source.it is collected either
by the investigatore himself or through his agents .the questionnaire method is
used to collected the data for this study.
SECONDARY DATA;
Secondary data are the one which are not originally collected
but rather obtained from published and unpublised sources which includes
