    Candidates who pass Diploma exams and produce provisional diploma certificates
    will be eligible for Technician Apprenticeship.

    As Technician Apprentice under Apprenticeship Act - One Year)


    On getting Provisional Diploma Stipend: Rs.13,680/- per month
    Certificate Attendance Incentive Rs. 1050/-
    Candidates who complete one year Technician Apprenticeship will be considered
    for 3 yrs NEEM Training.
    Three Years NEEM Scheme
    NEEM Diploma Trainee ( 1st Year) Stipend: Rs.13,680/- per month + Attendance Incentive Rs. 1050/-
    NEEM Diploma Trainee ( 2nd Year) Stipend: Rs.14,680/- per month + Attendance Incentive Rs. 1050/-
    NEEM Diploma Trainee ( 3rd Year) Stipend: Rs.15,680/- per month + Attendance Incentive Rs. 1050/-

    As Operator Trainee – (One Year)


    Diploma Failed Candidates Stipend: Rs. 12030/- per month
    (arrears in 1 subject only for Mech & Auto streams) Attendance Incentive Rs. 1050/-

    Food and Accommodation Canteen and Dormitory Accommodation provided at highly subsidized rates.
    (Dormitory allotments are subject to availability of vacancy).

    All trainees are assured of the best practical / On the job training and exposure to concepts of TPM / TQM etc.
    Successful candidates with best performance may get an opportunity for highly rewarding ‘Team Leaders’
