➢ Acknowledge their desired wishlist  
➢ Request partnership 
❖ Write and submit Project Proposal to Ms. Guise and Ms. Carnes  
❖ Hygiene Care Drive: 
➢ Hair care:​ shampoo and conditioner (both), hair brushes, hair clips and bands  
➢ Skin care:​ hand and body lotion, (full size) body wash (home plate), deodorant, hand sanitizer, and 
razors 
➢ Oral care:​ mouthwash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste 
➢ Other ​(directly to Home-Plate)​: ​Beef jerky, bottled water, socks, and hand warmers  
❖ Reach out to: Albertsons (Aliya, Jenny, and Tina), Fred Meyers (Alyssa), Winco (Jenny, Aliya, and 
Alyssa), and Walmart and New Seasons Market (Tina) 
➢ Introduce ourselves and our service project 
➢ Raise awareness about donating money or certain products  
➢ Exclude Fred Meyer, and Target for donations from due to difficulty or deadline passed 
➢ Recall New Seasons in April 
❖ Set up station in Administration/Main Office  
➢ Talk to Marybel about setting up an area in the office for people to drop off their donations  
❖ Incentives 
➢ Raffle:​ A person will be entered into the raffle for each item they donate every week 
➢ Service hours:​ A person can earn up to five service group hours per club/organization 
➢ Satisfaction out of the goodness of their heart 
❖ Design flyers and get it approved by Ms. Servignant and Ms.Kasper 
➢ Hang fliers around the school and in some teachers’ classrooms 
➢ Paint and hang large posters at each end of the hallways, upstairs, and downstairs 
➢ Email Home-Plate to review flyer 
❖ Advertise our service project to the A&P/HSI and HSII classes, CCSI and CCSII, People and Politics, 
Economics, FAME, the Health Sciences Club, Key Club, National Honor Society, and Student Health 
Advisory Committee (SHAC) 
➢ Introduce ourselves and our service project  
➢ No double-dipping for service hours among other group organizations 
➢ Incentives: service hours and raffle  
❖ Donate money 
➢ Ask Ms.Kasper to borrow her long, plastic containers   
➢ Place a Donation Jar at the front table of the Main Office  
❖ Distribute our Flyers to other Feeder Schools: Hilhi/Liberty HS and R.A Brown MS 
➢ Ask Carnes to email the District Office to get our Flyers approved  
➢ Distribute schools among group members  
➢ Set up a Donation Station in front of their Main Office 
➢ Connect with leadership classes at schools if available to hang flyers 
➢ Split Drive in March for Century and in April for other schools 
■ Separate raffle for Century and other raffle for combining feeder schools  
❖ Post a picture of our flyers on Century Updates and our personal Instagrams and Snapchats 
➢ Brief explanation of our service project as caption

❖ Drop off donations to Community Action Family Shelter: ​SW 12th Ave Building, Hillsboro, OR 97123  
and to Home Plate Youth Service Drop-in Shelter: ​12520 SW 3rd St, Beaverton, OR 97005  
➢ Count number of donations 
➢ Pick a day and time to donate and drop off donations in mid-April 
➢ If bucket gets too full, organize at Alyssa’s house before dropping items off
